RBR Group subsidiary, Futuro Skills, commits to a sustainable future for the Mozambican labour force by delivering technical, commercial and community training programs designed to maximise employability. All of our training is based on competency standards complemented by rigorous assessment practices. We hold training and assessment accreditation from the UK’s Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) as required for employment on the LNG Projects.

Futuro Skills offers its international-standard training both at the client’s workplace and at our modern, safe and comfortable Matola facility.  The Matola facility simulates a real working environment, providing a hands-on learning experience. Furthermore, Futuro Skills operates mobile training facilities which can service almost any remote location, and recently secured access to a venue in Palma in proximity to the LNG Projects.
