Mr Athol Emerton
Non-Executive Director
Qualifications: Fellow of Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers, London
– 30 years in commerce in Southern Africa, including Mozambique.
– Chaired the South African Shipping Association (SAASOA) training committee for 7 years, including the scoping panel that developed the TETA shipping qualification & headed the establishment of an industry wide shipping learnership programme.

Mr Paul Horsfall

Qualifications: B.Comm., AGIA, ICSAHons.B.Compt. C.A. (S.A.) Fellow of the Institute of Directors
– Chartered Accountant with extensive Logistics experience across Africa.
– Was the President of UPS for Africa and Managing Director for South Africa.
– An Honorary Life Member and Director of the Chamber of Commerce in South Africa.

MS FLORENCE DRUMMOND
Non-Executive Director
– Strategic executive leader with extensive experience in the minerals sector, regional development, and Indigenous stakeholder engagement.
– Executive Director of the Development Partner Institute and holds advisory board roles with the Centre for Australia-India Relations and The Mabo Centre.
– Expertise encompassing ESG strategy, policy advocacy, and cross-cultural governance.
– National and international recognition for her leadership in advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and retention in the mining industry.
– Her work with Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources and involvement in global forums such as the United Nations and major minerals industry platforms, underscore her commitment to fostering inclusive and sustainable practices within the resources sector.
